Tiziana Dearing currently serves as the host for WBUR's Morning Edition and Radio Boston since June 2019. Prior experience includes multiple academic positions at Boston College from September 2013 to May 2019, focusing on Social Innovation, Leadership, and Poverty/Inequality. Dearing was the CEO of Boston Rising, an anti-poverty grant-making institution, from September 2010 to January 2013, and served as President of Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Boston, from September 2007 to August 2010. An earlier role as Executive Director at the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Harvard University lasted from November 2003 to August 2007. Dearing has also provided consulting services for various organizations since 1997, including work with Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Literature from the University of Michigan.
