Todd Wallack is a seasoned journalist currently serving as Deputy Managing Editor at WBUR since March 2021, where leadership of a team of reporters is a key responsibility. Wallack's career includes extensive experience as a reporter at the Boston Globe from August 2007 to February 2021, specializing in investigative and data reporting for the Boston Globe Spotlight Team, as well as covering life sciences and financial services. Previous roles include participation as a Nieman-Berkman Klein Fellow in Journalism Innovation at Harvard, reporting for the Boston Business Journal, and working at the San Francisco Chronicle. Wallack began a career in journalism at the Dayton Daily News and also held positions at the Boston Herald, Network World, and other notable outlets. An alumnus of Northwestern University, Wallack holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Journalism, complemented by a double major in political science.
