Alyssa Andrews

Alyssa Andrews is a skilled meteorologist and journalist with extensive experience in broadcasting and media. Currently serving as the WBZ-TV Meteorologist at WBZ | CBS Boston since September 2023, Alyssa previously worked at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. as both a journalist and meteorologist from September 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that role, Alyssa was a journalist for Morris Media, LLC from January 2019 to August 2021, and held multiple journalist positions at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. from January 2016 to December 2018. Alyssa began their career at Big Ten Network as a sideline reporter for various Indiana sports from December 2012 to December 2015. Educationally, Alyssa holds a Master's degree in Meteorology from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington. Additional experience includes marketing roles within Indiana University Athletics.
