Andrea Courtois

Andrea Courtois has extensive experience in the television news industry, currently serving as the Assistant Assignment Manager at WBZ | CBS Boston since July 2009. In this role, Andrea coordinates news coverage and identifies video opportunities for CBS Boston and its associated platforms. Prior to this position, Andrea was an Assignment Editor at WPRI-TV and WLNE ABC6, where responsibilities included managing newsroom operations and establishing relationships with local agencies for news gathering. Additionally, Andrea gained experience in public relations through a part-time internship at Hollywood Agency while pursuing a Master’s degree in Communications from Lasell University, earned in 2022. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rhode Island College, obtained in 2003.
