Thomas P.

Thomas P. has extensive experience in various leadership roles within UPMC, holding several key positions since July 2001, including Chair of the Family Medicine Quality Assurance Committee, Medical Director and Hospitalist, and Chair of the Institutional Review Board. Thomas has been instrumental in overseeing quality metrics and optimizing patient care initiatives through involvement in committees focused on pharmacy, utilization review, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Thomas has contributed to medical education and mentorship. Thomas holds a D.O. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has further pursued advanced leadership training and certifications in health care management.
