Guy Hetchler has extensive experience in case management and a background in aviation operations. Since March 2000, Guy has served as a Case Manager for WCB-Alberta, overseeing adjudication and coordination of benefits for a significant international caseload of severely injured and permanently disabled workers while applying relevant legislation and policies. Prior to this role, Guy worked at Air Canada from March 1985 to August 1989 as a Lead Station Attendant, where responsibilities included supervising a team to ensure efficient aircraft turn-around and maintaining schedules. Guy holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Alberta, earned between 1989 and 1993, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management, completed between 1994 and 1996.
