Jennifer Ehrenfeld is an experienced organizational development and human resources professional with a diverse background in various managerial and specialist roles. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba since June 2023, Jennifer previously worked at Manitoba Public Insurance in multiple capacities, including HR Program Specialist and Human Resource Business Partner from March 2019 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Labour Relations Advisor for Manitoba Hydro and a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at MEG Energy Corp. Jennifer's career began as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bison Transport Inc., with additional roles at Ledcor and MEG Energy.
