Kathryn H. Clark has extensive experience in safety, risk management, and industrial hygiene. Kathryn H. began their career at Rio Tinto where they served as a Safety & Industrial Hygiene Engineer, overseeing industrial hygiene activities, developing training manuals, and conducting compliance monitoring. Kathryn H. then worked at US Robotics/Megahertz Mobile Communications Division as the Manager of Safety, Security & Environmental, where they developed and implemented safety programs for a large technology company. Currently, they are working at WCF Insurance, initially as a Senior Safety Consultant and Manager of Industrial Hygiene & Customer Safety Seminars. Kathryn H. led the company's customer safety seminar program, supervised personnel, and provided consulting services for health hazard control. Kathryn H. has since been promoted to Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Safety & Health, and most recently holds the position of Senior VP Safety & Risk & CRO. From 1983 to 1985, they attended Utah Valley University, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies.

From 1986 to 1989, they enrolled in Utah State University and earned a Dual Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Kathryn H.'smajors were Public Health/Industrial Hygiene and Premedical Biology, with a minor in Chemistry.

Additionally, Kathryn H. Clark CIH, CSP, ARM-E has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1995, they became a Certified Industrial Hygienist through the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH®). In 2001, they earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
