Patrick Darnley Hudson MD, FACS, is a Board Certified Coach with extensive experience in healthcare, including over thirty years as a plastic and hand surgeon. Currently an author at CFP Press, Hudson writes books aimed at helping physicians lead fulfilling lives. Since 2009, Hudson has provided specialized coaching for individual physicians and healthcare organizations through Coaching for Physicians, with a focus on areas such as burnout, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, Hudson serves as an independent provider and trainer for DiSC and 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ products in healthcare.
