Hilary Stoddart

Hilary Stoddart, CPHR, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at WCG Services since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hilary was the Director of Human Resources at the Law Society of British Columbia from January 2016 to December 2022, overseeing HR functions and hands-on recruitment for various professional positions. Hilary held the position of BC Region Human Resources Leader at Golder Associates from February 2008 to August 2015, managing a team to support over 800 employees across multiple offices and contributing to national HR strategy. Earlier experience includes HR management roles at The University of British Columbia, Providence Health Care, WorkSafeBC, and Vancouver Coastal Health, with a comprehensive background in recruitment and organizational effectiveness. Hilary holds a Diploma of Technology in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
