Shabnam K.

Shabnam K. is an experienced educator and program manager with a diverse background in case management and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Instructor at Douglas College since February 2022, Shabnam K. delivers courses in Case Management, Rehabilitation, and associated theories, utilizing various online platforms for interactive learning. In the role of Program Manager at WCG Services since March 2019, Shabnam K. successfully leads staff development initiatives to ensure service excellence. Prior experience includes positions at YWCA Metro Vancouver, where Shabnam K. held multiple roles focused on quality assurance and compliance, and at Langara College, where curriculum development and instruction were key responsibilities.
