Olga Khabinskay

Olga Khabinskay has extensive experience in health care management, serving as Chief Operating Officer at WCH Service Bureau Inc. since June 2013 and previously as General Manager from May 2003 to June 2013. In the role of COO, Olga oversees the performance of multiple departments, ensures compliance with health regulations, conducts client assessments, and manages legal matters. Prior positions include Credentialing Manager, where responsibilities included enrolling health care providers and performing background verifications. Olga holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology from Adelphi University.
