Alicia S. has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Alicia is currently the Managing Director of Customer Experience at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at TrustLayer. Before joining TrustLayer, Alicia held various roles at AIG, including AVP Client Director and Multi-line Program Manager. Alicia also worked as an Underwriter at WKFC Underwriting Managers and held positions at All Risks, Ltd and America West Airlines. Alicia has a proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios, developing custom solutions for clients, and driving revenue growth. Alicia is skilled in underwriting, risk analysis, and sales.

Alicia S. holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University. Alicia also completed the Blockchain Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In addition to their formal education, Alicia has obtained various certifications, including Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) from the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) in 2010, as well as several insurance licenses from different state insurance departments. Alicia also holds a CompEssentials Certification from the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB).
