Chris Wong has had a diverse work experience in the actuarial field. Chris began their career as an Actuarial Intern at Towers Watson in 2011. Chris then continued working at Towers Watson as an Actuarial Analyst from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Chris joined the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB) as an Actuarial Analyst, and gradually advanced to a Senior Actuarial Analyst role in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Data Quality Assurance at WCIRB, where they oversee the quality of data reported to the bureau and manages insurer relationships.
Chris Wong attended UC Santa Barbara from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science with a focus on Mathematical Statistics and Probability. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Sacramento City College, although no degree information was provided for that period.
