Paul Kim, CPCU, CIPA, APA has over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry. Paul currently serves as the Managing Director of Classification and Test Audit (CTA) and Contact Center at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB) since February 2019. In this role, they are responsible for managing a team of remote employees and implementing departmental transformations to improve business workflows.

Prior to joining WCIRB, Paul worked as the Director of Classification and Test Audit (CTA) at WCIRB from July 2015 to February 2019. During this time, they successfully implemented a new data-based Classification Inspection Report, introduced a new CRM system, and modernized field technology.

Before their tenure at WCIRB, Paul served as the Premium Audit Manager at Old Republic Construction Program Group from May 2014 to July 2015. Paul also worked as the Premium Audit Department Manager at Preferred Employers Group, a member of the W. R. Berkley organization, from July 2005 to May 2014.

Paul's career in the insurance industry began in 2002 when they worked as the Credit Manager at Leasing Innovations until June 2005.

Paul Kim, CPCU, CIPA, APA, obtained a degree in Economics from UC San Diego with a focus on Economics and Psychology. In 2012, they achieved the APA Designation - Associate Premium Auditing. Subsequently, in 2013, Paul became a Certified Insurance Premium Auditor (CIPA) from NSIPA. In 2014, they obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Additionally, Paul holds the WCIRB CompEssentials certification from the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB).
