Robert Graham is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading teams and developing innovative software solutions. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB) since April 2022, Robert oversees both onshore and offshore software engineers, focusing on the maintenance and advancement of technology systems. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions including CSV Associate Lead Consultant at Cognizant Softvision, where responsibilities included leading full-stack .NET Core/React/Angular projects following the acquisition of Magenic. As an Associate Lead Consultant at Magenic, Robert also specialized in solution architecture and technical leadership.
