Andrew Tanner

Andrew Tanner is an experienced news photographer currently employed at WCPO 9 News since October 2022. Previously, Tanner worked as a Breaking News Videographer at WHIO-TV from July 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included rapid assessment of breaking news situations, multitasking under pressure, and collaboration with reporters. Tanner also served as a Videographer/Editor at WHIO-TV, leading weekend evening newscasts and contributing to video content for digital platforms. Earlier experience includes roles as a Master Control Operator at WKRC-TV, a Broadcast Operator at American Teletimer Corp., and a Sports Intern at FOX19 WXIX. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media from Xavier University, earned in 2015.
