Ramsay Fulbright

Ramsay Fulbright has extensive experience in broadcast news, currently serving as the Assignment Desk Manager at WCPO 9 News since May 2016. In this role, Ramsay manages crews and logistics for breaking news and planned coverage, leads a team of assignment editors, and implemented the newsroom planning tool "NewsDesk." Previously, Ramsay was the Chief Photographer at WCPO, overseeing a team of photographers and editors, maintaining equipment, and coordinating major event coverage. Prior to that, Ramsay worked at ABC15 Arizona as a General Assignment/Special Projects Photographer, produced investigative stories, and managed social media content. Ramsay began a career in photography at WRCB-TV, earning the title of 2012 TN Associated Press Photographer of the Year, and also worked as a sports and general assignment photographer at KFSM Channel 5. Ramsay completed education at the University of Arkansas and continues professional development through the NPPA News Video Workshop.
