Stephen Skinner

Stephen Skinner has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Stephen is currently the President of WCS Construction, LLC, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President at the same company from April 2023 to August 2023. From 2018 to 2023, they worked as the Vice President - Business Group Leader at The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western. Before that, they held the position of Executive Vice President, General Manager at Skanska USA Building Inc. from 2013 to 2018. Stephen was also the EVP, General Manager at Suffolk Construction from 2011 to 2013 and a Project Executive at DPR Construction, Inc. from 2009 to 2011. Stephen held the role of Executive Vice President at BE&K Building Group from 2004 to 2009. Stephen'scareer started at Bovis Lend Lease in 1985, where they served as the Executive Vice President, Principal in Charge, Director of Operations for Americas until 2004. Prior to that, they worked at HBE Corporation from 1981 to 1985, Jennings Residential in 1978, and Deichman Excavating & D&B Ready Mix from 1974 to 1978 in various roles.

Stephen Skinner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering and Construction from Purdue University, which they completed from 1976 to 1980. In 2015, they attended the IMD Skanska Top Executive Program. Additionally, Stephen has pursued an Executive Leadership Program at the London Business School. Stephen holds certifications in Class A Contractors License from the Commonwealth of Virginia and Construction Quality Management from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
