Nicky Hakin

Nicky Hakin has extensive experience in the water hygiene industry, currently serving as a Field Manager at WCS Group since May 2017 after previously holding the position of water hygiene technician. Nicky has recently completed the NEBOSH Construction Certificate and aims to transition into health and safety roles, with plans to pursue the NEBOSH Environmental Certificate and subsequently a diploma in health and safety. Prior experience includes working as a Maintenance Planner at IWS Water Hygiene, managing the planning and delivery of over 5,000 jobs monthly, and serving as Call Center Manager at CCG, where responsibilities included staff training, interviewing, and performance management. Education includes attendance at St. Gabriels.
