Vanja Ubovic is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President Operations and General Manager at WCS Industries since October 2018, Vanja previously held the position of US Plant Manager at Charter Automotive from January 2016 to October 2018. Prior to that, Vanja was the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Charter Steel from January 2012 to January 2016 and worked as Operations Manager at Ashland from January 2002 to January 2012. Vanja holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, along with education from ITT Technical Institute-Greenfield.
