Jessica Nicholas

Jessica Nicholas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent Care at WD Partners, where they have held this role since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Recruiting Manager at WD Partners from February 2019 to June 2021, and as the Recruiting Manager from January 2017 to February 2019.

Before joining WD Partners, Jessica worked at Quintegra Resourcing as a Staffing Consultant from August 2011 to January 2017. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and building client relationships, coordinating with the internal research/sourcing team, and supporting various industries.

Jessica also worked briefly as a Professional Recruiter at iforce, a temporary staffing agency, in May 2012.

Prior to that, Jessica gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at WilsonHCG from November 2010 to August 2011, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates and managing the interview process.

Jessica also served as a Workforce Consultant - Client Services at the Ray & Barney Group from September 2006 to November 2010, specializing in retained recruiting and engaging candidates.

Jessica started their career as an HR Coordinator/Recruiter at Sofa Express, where they managed various hiring processes from an internal standpoint from 2004 to 2006.

Before that, they gained experience as a Product Specialist at Tattletale Portable Alarm Systems, where they worked on various tasks related to manual creation, training, and customer support from 2003 to 2004.

Jessica also served as an Employment Coordinator (HR) at COSI - Center of Science & Industry, where they were responsible for recruitment and new-hire orientation from 2001 to 2003.

Lastly, during their time at Wittenberg University, Jessica worked as a Student Manager in the HR office from 1997 to 2001, where they assisted with special projects and office management.

Jessica Nicholas earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Wittenberg University from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Dublin Scioto High School from 1993 to 1997.
