Rick Morse

Rick Morse is a seasoned construction and development professional with extensive hands-on experience in the residential and retail construction sectors. Currently serving as a Field Services/Construction Manager at WD Partners since August 2017, Rick oversees all phases of construction projects, ensuring successful and timely project completions within budget. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a Construction Manager at ACS Architectural Construction Services from February 2002 to August 2017, where expertise included performing as-built surveys, developing scopes of work, estimating project costs, and supervising all aspects of construction processes from planning to project completion. Rick holds an educational background from ITT Technical Institute.
