Mr. Finn brings over 30 years of experience in the planning and design of higher education facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region, encompassing a wide range of project types, including undergraduate science teaching and research facilitates, student housing, libraries, recreational facilities, classroom buildings, and interiors. Mickey manages all aspects of project delivery, from programming and concept design, to documentation, construction administration, and post-occupancy services.
