Nick Wenzel

Nick Wenzel is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as First Vice President and Senior Associate at both Northbow and WDG Real Estate Partners since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Nick held positions at EY as Senior Associate and Analyst in Transaction Real Estate from September 2017 to April 2021. Nick's early experience includes serving as Communication Department Program Lead at Emory University - Goizueta Business School and working as a Property Underwriter at AIG during 2016. Initial internships at Renaissance Co, Inc. and Real Equities, Inc. in 2015 and 2014, respectively, provided foundational real estate knowledge. Nick holds a degree from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and graduated from Ransom Everglades School in 2013.
