Robert Niber

Robert Niber is currently serving as an Associate Principal and Senior Geotechnical Engineer at WDP & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. since July 1995. With a background in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, Robert has extensive experience in developing and implementing geotechnical investigation studies for various public school, transportation, commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Their expertise also includes overseeing Special Inspection and materials testing programs, as well as conducting forensic investigations and providing repair recommendations, plans, and specifications. Prior to their current role, Robert held senior positions at KCI Technologies, Inc., Giles Engineering Associates, and Soil & Testing Engineers, Inc., where Robert worked on a range of geotechnical projects and provided construction inspection and materials testing services.
