Jessica Trumble has extensive experience in the field of HR and people management. Jessica is the CEO and Founder of We Are Charlotte, a specialist in people, talent, and culture. Previously, Jessica worked as the Head of People and Culture at TRIBE and as a Senior HR Manager at Amobee. Jessica also served as a Human Resources Executive at Adconion Media Group and as an Assistant Property Manager at Cayzer Real Estate. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources/Organisational Development from Southern Cross University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/Marketing from Monash University.
