Katerina Spaseska is a skilled human resources professional with a diverse background in people development and talent management. Currently serving as a People Partner at We Are Charlotte since September 2023, Katerina specializes in employee life-cycle management for various clients. Prior to this role, Katerina worked as a People Development Consultant at The Lab17, focusing on designing and delivering people strategies for high-growth tech organizations from January 2022 to September 2023. Katerina's experience also includes a position as a Talent Specialist at wellteq in 2021 and roles within Wesfarmers as an HR Advisor and Graduate HR Advisor from August 2017 to September 2020. Katerina holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Employment Relations & Human Resource Management, both from The University of Western Australia.
