Christopher Gale Eng Tech MIMechE has a long and varied work experience. Christopher started their career in 1999 as an Avionics Technician CH-47 and Avionics Supervisor with the Royal Air Force (RAF). In 2021, they joined Avensys UK Ltd as Head Of Education and Training Academy Manager. In this role, they developed and executed a strategy to achieve short, medium and long-term objectives, optimised business opportunities, established a mock hospital training facility, and integrated the Training Academy into the UK and Global Group. In 2022, they joined We Are Digital as Business Development Director and Key Account Manager.

Christopher Gale Eng Tech MIMechE completed a Modern Apprenticeship in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician at the Defence School of Aeronautical Engineering (DSAE) from 1999 to 2001. Christopher has also obtained a 6-Sigma yellow belt from Udemy in September 2020, a C&Gs Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Aviation Engineering from City & Guilds, and a Level 3 NVQ in Aeronautical Engineering from EAL.
