Janusz Janczarski

Janusz Janczarski has extensive work experience in finance and management. Janusz is currently working as a Finance Manager at Indy since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as an MBA programme lecturer at Uniwersytet Morski w Gdyni starting from October 2022. Janusz also has experience as the Owner of Practical Controlling Janusz Janczarski since January 1996. Janusz has been a Lecturer of finance management and management accounting at GFKM - Gdańska Fundacja Kształcenia Menedżerów since January 1999 and at SSC Master Sp. z o.o. as a Controlling Expert since 2014. Additionally, Janusz has served in various roles, including being a Member of the Board and Shareholder at 2BCons sp. z o.o., CX Business and Technology Consulting from June 2021 to February 2023. Janusz also worked as a Controlling Specialist at BPiON Services from November 2020 to February 2023, and as a Controlling Representative at Via Medica from September 2021 to June 2022. In addition, they have been a Partner and Controlling Expert at SpeedWin Consultants Sp. z o.o. from March 2021 to June 2021. Finally, Janusz has experience as a Financial/Controlling Manager at Sunningwell International Polska Ltd., specifically at Huta Częstochowa (Częstochowa Mill) from October 2019 to December 2020.

Janusz Janczarski completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from GFKM/ Strathclyde Glasgow Business School/ University of Gdańsk in 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Magister inżynier (Master's degree) in Mechanical Engineering from Gdynia Maritime University between 1983 and 1988.

In addition to their academic degrees, Janczarski has obtained several certifications. In 1997, they obtained the Competence of Membership of Supervisory Boards from the Ministry of State Treasury. Janusz also received the Accountant certification from ODDK Sp. z o.o. in 1995. In 1994, Janczarski completed the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Development Programme from SGS Geneva.
