We Are Sharing Hope SC is the federally-designated Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) for organ and tissue recovery services in South Carolina.  We Are Sharing Hope SC actively provides organ and tissue donor services to over 80 hospitals throughout the state, as well as community education to more than 4.6 million people. Staff at We Are Sharing Hope SC serve as critical support for families during their time of loss, offering the Gift of Life through donation as an opportunity to continue their loved one's legacy.

The Clinical Services Team at We Are Sharing Hope SC is responsible for the coordination and recovery of organ, eye, and tissue donations across South Carolina. This team works directly with hospitals and donor families, managing the clinical aspects of donation and ensuring the process respects both the donors' legacies and the recipients' needs. The team also provides essential family support during their time of loss and engages in professional education to ensure best practices in donation procedures.
