Aja Smith

Aja Smith is an accomplished marketing and account management professional with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Account Director at We Are Social since November 2023 and Co-Founder of Real Good Strategy since January 2023, Aja has held significant roles such as Vice President Marketing and Head of Brand Strategy at EBONY Media, and Chief of Staff in multiple capacities at Blavity Inc. Previous experience includes Account Director and Senior Account Supervisor at Something Massive, along with roles at Allconnect where Aja significantly contributed to revenue generation and client relationship management for large utility companies. Aja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University.
