Emma Cumming

Emma Cumming has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Emma began their career at Telecom New Zealand, where they worked as an Office Manager and later transitioned into the role of Resource Analyst. In 2008, they joined Diageo as a Communications and Events Executive and later became a Communications Manager, leading various employee communication and engagement initiatives. Emma then moved to We Are Social, where they took on the role of Internal Communications Manager before progressing to become the Internal Communications Director and subsequently the Global People & Culture Communications Director. Currently, Emma is working as the Global Culture Director, responsible for creating a purposeful culture and seamless people experience at We Are Social. Emma also co-leads the global People & Culture function, defining and delivering the company's global strategy and vision. Throughout their career, Emma has demonstrated strong skills in internal communications, employee engagement, and collaboration on a global scale.
