Simon Spencer-Rouen

Simon Spencer-Rouen has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Simon started their career as a Primary Consultant at Academics Ltd in March 2019 and worked there until January 2020. Simon then joined Gemini People as a Recruitment Consultant but transitioned to Major Players when they acquired Gemini People in February 2020. At Major Players, Simon worked as a Talent Partner, specializing in Digital Marketing, Creative, and Media recruitment. In September 2021, they joined We Are Social as a Talent Lead. Simon's work experience showcases their expertise in talent acquisition and their ability to collaborate with brands and agencies across various industries.

Simon Spencer-Rouen has a BA Hons degree in English and Drama (2:1) from Birmingham City University, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their AS and A Levels in English Language and Literature, Sociology, and Media Studies from Halesowen College between 2007 and 2009. Simon completed their GCSE's at Colmers School and Sports College from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Simon has also obtained a certification in Inclusive Recruitment from Balance.
