Jennifer Ritter is an accomplished professional with significant experience in product development and innovation within the beauty industry. As the Founder of JSRANDCO.COM and a Founding Member of WE ARE THE BOARD, Jennifer has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previously, in the role of VP of Product & Packaging Development and Innovation at HAUS LABORATORIES, Jennifer contributed to advancing product offerings. Additionally, Jennifer held several key positions at Estee Lauder, including executive director of Creativity, Business Innovation and Dreams, as well as roles in product development for both Skin Care and Color Cosmetics. Jennifer Ritter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University, having also attended Menlo College.
