Tracy Georgiou

Tracy Georgiou is an accomplished founder and CEO of Long Weekend, a creative strategic partner devoted to developing and enhancing captivating brands since February 2020. In addition to this role, Tracy is a founding member of WE ARE THE BOARD, a network of C-level consultants in various industries, and served as a strategic advisor for OOKIOH, a sustainable swimwear brand, from November 2022 to November 2023. Previously, Tracy held significant positions such as Chief Brand Officer at The Lake House on Canandaigua and Director of Merchandising & Marketing at Loeffler Randall, where expertise in brand marketing and merchandising resulted in notable sales growth. Tracy's career also includes a formative role at J.Crew & Madewell, developing strategic partnerships with numerous renowned brands. Tracy Georgiou earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile and Apparel Design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
