Lupita Alvarez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and community engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Lupita actively shapes the Foundation's mission in economic and leadership development. In addition to roles at The Junior League of Greater Winter Haven as a Social Media Liaison and La Coctelera Music as a SIE Production Manager, Lupita has held key positions at We Believers, Ignite the Fire Inside Wellness, and Pickle Music, focusing on executive support, entrepreneurial empowerment, and production leadership. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University, Lupita combines a strong educational background with a passion for enhancing organizational effectiveness and community connectivity.
