Marta Noriega

Marta Noriega is the current Director of Finances at We Believers. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Finance at All Our Kin, Inc. from August 2014 to December 2016 where they developed and implemented a finance structure to support the organization's expansion. Noriega was also the Community Engagement Developer at Connecticut Coalition for Achievement Now (ConnCAN) from June 2014 to August 2014 where they created a Parent Advocacy Training module. In addition, they were a 2014 Graduate School Fellowship recipient at Education Pioneers from June 2014 to August 2014 and held the position of CFO at OLE ADVERTISING from January 2004 to January 2006. Finally, Noriega served as an Assistant Teacher Trainer at CMTE/NY from June 2013 to July 2013.

Marta Noriega has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and is certified as a Montessori Primary Teacher from the Center for Montessori Teacher Education (CMTE/NY). Marta has also completed a Non Profit Management Seminar Series at the University of Miami.

Marta Noriega reports to Marco Vega, Co-Founder & President. They work with Natalia Gamarra - Director of Operations, Patricio Elfi - Executive Creative Director, and José Jochi Quijano - Managing Partner, Head of Client Services.
