Roxanne Joyal has a diverse work experience. Roxanne is the Founder of ANDBACK COFFEE, a premium Fairtrade coffee company that supports women farmers and environmental stewardship. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of ME to WE, a social enterprise that offers socially conscious products and volunteer trips, with profits donated to charity. Additionally, they worked as a Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Roxanne Joyal, LL.B., CM, has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations from Stanford University. Roxanne also attended Collège Régional Gabrielle-Roy, although their degree and field of study are not specified. In addition to their formal education, Roxanne has obtained certifications in the Foundations Learning Program from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), as well as certifications in Digital Marketing and Diversity and Inclusion from eCornell.
