Andrew Seedall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, facilitation, and project management within various sectors. Currently serving as a Development Coach at Instep and an Executive Coach and Facilitator at Constarlation, Andrew specializes in leadership development and team coaching, notably delivering international workshops on psychological safety and EDI training while supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Other roles include Creative Queer Facilitator at WE CREATE SPACE and Freelance Consultant Project Manager at The Patients Association, where Andrew led significant research on patient experiences in private healthcare. With previous positions as an Associate Facilitator at Creative Huddle, Trainer and Facilitator at The Talent Foundry, and Tutor at Nazarene Theological College, Andrew has a proven track record in educational mentorship and strategic planning. Andrew's educational background includes a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Institute for Leadership and Management and a BA Honours in Social Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
