Nick Kientsch is a seasoned mental health and wellness consultant with extensive experience in mindfulness and meditation. Currently serving as a consultant at That Day and WE CREATE SPACE, Nick facilitates workshops focused on mental health and the impact of minority stress on LGBTQ individuals. As the founder of Evolving Minds, Nick has dedicated years to teaching effective meditation methods for stress reduction and overall well-being, offering both one-on-one and group sessions. With a background that includes being a mindfulness coach for organizations such as Uber, Globe Locums, and eBay, Nick supports workplace well-being through regular mindfulness sessions. Nick's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Hull.
