Dionne Lummus has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Dionne began their career at TeleSoft Partners in 2004 as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, providing extensive sales, marketing, and executive support. In 2021, Dionne joined Illuminate Ventures as an Operations Coordinator/Senior Executive Assistant. Their responsibilities included providing remote assistant services, calendar management, preparing information for fund audits, organizing board meetings, and managing expenses.

In 2022, Dionne briefly worked at Untapped Ventures as a Program Manager before transitioning to The Pacific Financial Group, Inc., where they currently serve as a Senior Executive Assistant.

In 2023, Dionne will join We Crush Events as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
