Pierre Paul

Pierre Paul has a diverse work experience that spans several fields. From 2022 to present, they have worked as an Access Coordinator at Bradley University, where they conduct research and delivers supportive services to students with disabilities. Pierre also advocates for disability and accessibility and serves as a liaison for students utilizing the accessibility office.

In 2019, Pierre founded a start-up called We Hear You, LLC, where they served as Chief Executive Officer. The company developed an application that merges modern technology and American Sign Language (ASL) to facilitate communication for individuals with communication exceptionalities.

Pierre's involvement in the field of small business and entrepreneurship includes a role as Director of Development at the USASBE- United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, starting in 2022.

As a freelance speaker since 2020, Pierre covers various topics, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, motivation, and business development. Pierre creates interactive and educational spaces for individuals to learn and engage in discussions.

Pierre has also dedicated their time as a volunteer at the Wraparound Center and ELITE Youth Outreach since 2020.

From 2019 to 2021, Pierre worked as a Hall Director at Bradley University, managing residential housing. Pierre previously gained experience as a Summer Intern at The Ohio State University from 2015 to 2017.

In 2021, Pierre briefly served as the Community Coordinator at the Peoria Riverfront Museum.

Pierre Paul began their education at Bradley University in 2016, where they pursued a degree in Political Science with a focus on Public Speaking. Pierre successfully completed their studies in 2019. In 2020, Pierre pursued further education at Bradley University, obtaining a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. During the same year, they also obtained a Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
