Ruben Izgelov is a seasoned professional in the real estate and private lending sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of We Lend LLC since April 2018, and as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of States Capital since January 2022. Additionally, Ruben holds the position of Founder and CEO at UrbanLoop Realty, specializing in the New York City market. As a founding member of the National Private Lenders Association and an Advisory Counsel member, Ruben is dedicated to advancing the interests of private lending. Further involvement includes roles at We Vest as a Partner and various advisory positions with organizations such as UJA-Federation of New York and the Forbes Business Council. Ruben's educational background features a Doctor of Law degree from Touro University and a Bachelor's in Legal Studies from St. John's University.
