Rachell Vargas-Comme

Rachell Vargas-Comme, MBA, currently serves as the Operations Manager and Head of Franchise Support for the USA at We Make Footballers since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Planning Analyst and Ecommerce Analyst at Grant Cardone Enterprises from March 2022 to September 2025. Rachell has also worked at Shamrock Gaming/ DKG CPA as a Cash Management and Gaming Operations professional from January 2019 to January 2022, and as a Recruiting Assistant at Spherion Staffing from March 2018 to January 2019. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Tampa United Volleyball from August 2014 to December 2017. Rachell holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mary (2019-2020), a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution (2016-2018), and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Hillsborough Community College (2014-2016).
