Mandy Govender serves as the Chief Operating Officer at We Mean Business Coalition, where responsibilities include managing internal operations, finance, HR, and governance to align with the organization's mission. Previously, Mandy held the position of Operations Lead at Transform Health, leading the development of national coalitions focused on advancing digital health policies for Universal Health Coverage. Mandy has also served as a Digital Health Thematic Consultant for the WHO Foundation, Engagement & Sustainability Lead at the International Digital Health & AI Research Collaborative, and Senior South African Programme Manager at Jembi Health Systems NPC, specializing in digital health strategies. Other notable roles include Deputy Director positions at the Health Promotion Board, Managing Director at Dance4Life South Africa, and Project Manager at the University of Cape Town's HIV/AIDS Unit. Mandy holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Public Health and an MBA in Strategic Management.
