Rebecca Pitsika is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources development. Currently serving as CEO of We R Holding and Managing Partner at N2Growth, Rebecca also holds positions as Managing Director at Extra Mile HR, Strategic Foresight Advisor for the Special Secretariat for Strategic Foresight within the Greek Government, and Board Member for both Premia Properties and Export Credit Greece S.A. A former CEO of People for Business, Rebecca was recognized as "Best Young Entrepreneur for Greece" in 2012. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Manpower and Newsphone Hellas, as well as Head of Training and Development at Laiki Bank. Rebecca holds degrees from Athens University of Economics and Business and Institut Commercial de Nancy.
