Bilal Haider

Bilal Haider has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance. Bilal started their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Ninesol Technologies in October 2017, where they primarily focused on testing mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Unity platforms. Bilal'sresponsibilities included creating and editing test cases, checking the apps thoroughly on different devices, and ensuring work completion within project deadlines.

In June 2018, Bilal joined Discretelogix (Private) Limited as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. During their tenure, they actively participated in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and prepared test data to support test case execution. Bilal also ensured the timely delivery of different testing milestones.

Most recently, in April 2021, Bilal joined weRplay as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Bilal eventually took on the role of Senior QA Engineer and QA Lead. In this position, they collaborated with multiple stakeholders, including test engineers, project managers, and solution architects, to synchronize testing efforts and identify and communicate issues. Bilal also managed a team of 12 resources and handled multiple QA projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality products within the specified timelines. Bilal was responsible for end-to-end testing delivery for various B2B, B2C, and marketplace web and native mobile apps, ensuring the best customer experience. Bilal also handled the testing and integration of different systems, such as order management, customer relationship management, product information management, and SAP-integrated components. Additionally, Bilal was responsible for the complete user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT) for SAP Success Factors. Bilal also played a key role in training new team members.

Bilal Haider completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Modern Languages, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Certified Tester Foundation level from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in May 2018. In January 2023, Bilal also completed the JMeter™ Intro certification from BlazeMeter University.
