Muhammad Usman has a background in software engineering and computer science. Muhammad has worked in various roles in the quality assurance field, from a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in the gaming industry. Muhammad has also experience in dealing with clients and managing QA teams. Currently, Muhammad holds the position of Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at WRP, where Muhammad works with UAE-based clients and luxury brands. Prior to that, Muhammad has worked at ARK IT and Prime BPO in similar quality assurance roles.
