Michelle Francis

Michelle Francis is an experienced therapy assistant currently working at Learning For Life Autism Centre, Inc. since September 2020, where responsibilities include administering Applied Behavioural Therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In addition, Michelle has been a kids coach at We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym since March 2019, promoting an inclusive environment for children of all abilities. Previous experience includes a role as a store assistant at MYER during the busy holiday season, which enhanced skills in teamwork and attention to detail. Michelle is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Neuropsychology at Monash University, following a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) in Clinical Neuroscience from La Trobe University.
